The video, captured by a neighbor driving to work, shows a pedestrian believed to be Olmos walking along Wildhorse Parkway around 7:00 a.m. on December 24. While Sheriff Javier Salazar cautioned that he cannot confirm the individual with complete certainty, the clothing—a baby-blue and black hoodie with matching baby-blue pajama bottoms—matches what Olmos was last seen wearing.
Investigators said the footage provides important information about the direction she may have traveled after leaving her home in the 11,000 block of Caspian Springs.
Background on Olmos' Disappearance
Olmos was first seen on home surveillance footage at 6:58 a.m., checking inside her vehicle before walking away on foot. She left her cell phone at home, which is described as unusual for her, and is believed to have only her car keys and possibly her driver's license.
The FBI has joined the ongoing search. Sheriff Salazar has said Olmos may be in "imminent danger" but emphasized that authorities are considering all possibilities, including that she may have left voluntarily.
