Watch Teacup for free Teacup is an eight-episode horror thriller series that premiered on Peacock on October 10, 2024, and concluded on October 31, 2024. Created by Ian McCulloch and executive produced by James Wan, the series is loosely inspired by Robert McCammon’s novel Stinger. The story takes place on a remote farm in rural Georgia, where the Chenoweth family and their neighbors suddenly find themselves trapped by a mysterious, deadly force. After the family’s young son returns from the woods behaving strangely, a masked figure arrives and marks a “blue line” boundary around the area. Anyone who crosses this boundary dies in a gruesome and painful manner, forcing the group to remain confined as fear and paranoia spread. As the situation escalates, the survivors are forced to confront both internal conflict and an unknown otherworldly threat that appears to be controlling their fate. The series stars Yvonne Strahovski, Scott Speedman, Chaske Spencer, Caleb Dolden, and Émilie Bierre. Despite its strong concept and horror pedigree, Teacup was canceled after one season due to low streaming viewership, leaving its story unresolved.
