Disney Channel actress Carla Jeffery, best known for playing Bree in the Zombies movie franchise, has died at age 33.

Jeffery's talent management company confirmed her death on September 2, 2026. According to a statement shared through her Instagram account, she died on September 1. A cause of death has not been publicly disclosed.
